1. Services

Adstrix Network provides AI-powered digital marketing services including:

• Meta Ads Campaign Setup & Management
• Audience Targeting & Market Research
• Competitor Analysis
• Ad Creative Development
• Campaign Optimization

We aim to deliver high-quality leads and improved ad performance, but results may vary depending on market conditions, business niche, and ad budget.

2. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate business details, creatives (if required), and necessary access (Meta Ads account, page access, etc.).
• The client is responsible for approving campaigns before launch.
• Ad budget must be provided separately by the client.

3. Payments

• All service fees must be paid in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable once the campaign has started.
• Delay in payment may result in delay or suspension of services.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we use advanced AI tools and proven strategies:

• We do not guarantee a fixed number of leads, sales, or revenue.
• Ad performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

5. Ad Account & Platform Policies

• We are not responsible if your Meta Ads account is restricted, disabled, or penalized.
• The client must follow Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising policies.

6. Intellectual Property

• All creatives and strategies developed by Adstrix Network remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.
• Clients are granted usage rights for their campaigns.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with prior notice.
• No refunds will be provided for ongoing or completed work.

8. Limitation of Liability

Adstrix Network shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Ad spend losses
• Platform-related issues
• Indirect or incidental damages

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of updated terms.
