Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Adstrix Network, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. Please read our refund policy carefully.


1. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made for our services are non-refundable once the campaign or service has started.
  • Due to the nature of digital marketing services, time, effort, and resources are allocated immediately after onboarding.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients can request cancellation before the campaign starts.
  • If cancellation is approved before work begins, a partial refund may be provided after deducting setup and processing charges.

3. No Guarantee Clause

  • We do not guarantee specific results such as number of leads, sales, or revenue.
  • Refunds will not be provided based on performance expectations.

4. Delay or Non-Delivery

In case of delay due to internal issues from our side, we will either:

  • Extend the service duration, or
  • Provide a partial refund (case-to-case basis)

5. Client Responsibility

  • If the client fails to provide required access, content, or approvals on time, no refund will be issued.

6. Payment Disputes

  • Any disputes must be raised within 3 days of payment.
  • We reserve the right to review and take a final decision.
